Our customers enjoy choosing the building materials, customizing floor plans and creating their dream home. You can customize everything from exterior stone, brick, cement, doors, paint colours, flooring material, cabinetry, trim, light fixtures and more.
To avoid stalls in the build, and to save costs we suggest following our build process.
1. Prepare a budget
We review costs with you upfront so you know what various phases of the build will cost and when payment is required for each phase. This way there are no surprises and we can keep moving forward quicker.
2. Building location
We can provide you with lots we already own, or, if you have a piece of land we can review floor plans that will work.
3. Customizing a floor plan
Once land has been established we can work from one of our many luxury home floor plans, or create something totally custom with you.
4. Customize your build
After a floor plan has been decided upon, we will work with you to create the luxury home of your dreams. By providing you with our local building partners, you can view the latest in materials, kitchen designs, flooring styles, paint colours and more.
5. Build your home
We confirm all your choices are available and will put together a timeline for construction process that aligns with the delivery of the materials you have selected. Typically the home takes roughly 30 weeks to build.
6. Final walkthrough
Once the home is complete we walkthrough the entire home and check that the home is built to your satisfaction. We then walkthrough again with you and explain how everything operates such as furnaces, digital thermostats, EVAC Systems etc.
